Q: What types of business arrangements are available for
Client Projects?
A: To best meet your needs, we can provide services
under a variety of business arrangements including:

Fixed Fee Projects

Not-To-Exceed Projects
•
Open Purchase Orders

Short or Long Term Retainer Agreements
Q: How are Fees established for each Project?
A: Innovations PLUS seeks to establish long term,
value based, business relationships with our Clients.
Our preference is to provide services on a Fixed Fee
Project basis to achieve the Client's desired
results. We set Project Fees based on the value to
the Client of achieving the desired results, not on
specific hourly or per diem rates. In addition to
Fixed Fee Projects, Innovations PLUS offers various
Not-To-Exceed and Retainer Fee business arrangements to
meet specific Client requirements. The actual Fees,
Terms, and Conditions for each business arrangement will
be stated as part of our Proposal or Quotation. |

Q: Can services be provided under State or
Federally funded programs?
A: Yes. If your company qualifies for one
of the many State or Federal Consulting or Training
Assistance Programs, just ask the Program Representative
who works with your company to include Innovations PLUS
on the Bidders List for your project.
Q: Do you place display advertising for Clients?
A: No. To maintain our objectivity and
impartiality, we do not place display advertising for
Clients. However, we will work with you, or your Agency
of Record, to properly place advertising for your
product or service. |
